The mech was not launched because of model issues that were finally fixed.
Sorry I didn't update quick, stuff was all over the place in life it but its better now. Also going on vacation for a few days and I hope to work on MBA and add some maps and more mechs for the next updates.
This mech is Reaver.

Before newbie matches are introduced, us high level players should agree not to obliterate them in 2 seconds flat. We probably hurt the game a lot by doing that before.

ReplyDeleteI have an idea for a map and you can recycle the assets from Neo City.
ReplyDeleteIt is called Abandoned City or War Torn City.
The map is made up of the entirely destructible assets from Neo City and even the wire frame can be destroyed in the same way (jagged frame parts that come apart) - it would be really fun to watch players go from building to building until there is nowhere to hide.
The skybox is the old Neo City one, the dark sky that it used to be.
A level like this could be made in a couple of days easy and it would be really fun to play.

DeleteSup Mobula, they call me Hacker Howie but my game name is just Howard. I change it regularly since I lost the original Howard account accidentally and started over. My current name is Pilot230078 and Black Widow is one of my teammates. I've been accused of being a hacker many many times but this is the first time I've heard of Black Widow being one. Both myself and Widow are more than willing to let you investigate anything you would like to. Email me and we will each send pics, info or just start with a new account that you can monitor and we'll run all these suckers like we always do. Basically what you have here is a large group of no talent chumps that attribute their failure in the game to us hacking rather than the truth. It would be an injustice if you as Mobula didn't investigate this to the point that there is no question about our accounts. I know exactly who the players are that said this because I've heard it for weeks. Blog back if you'd like Black Widow and myself to contact you at your company email. We can easily prove its us. Maybe when your done investigating you could report exactly what upgrades we're using and how much money we have spent with you. That way these fools can see that the reason we kick the piss out of them so often is a combination of AWESOME on our part and SUCK on their part.

What upgrades do you use? Some combos may make you seem like a hacker. Do you use 10 maxed upgrades all doing the same job? 10 maxed walk speed could give that impression as far as I know.
DeleteFor mobula: is it only resistances which are capped or will things like walk speed also have a limit? (Apart from the effect of 10 maxed upgrades)

Summoners War is one of the biggest games in the app store right now, you customise your team and slot layout using tactics and synergy, you should try it sometime, you could use your brain a little instead of being a loudmouth. I suppose it is better than playing that toy base building game you have uploaded to your Youtube. It has gotten me, 3200 subscribers and when I get enough subs, I will do vids on this game to bring players here. Never mind Howard, Kneelb4Grudge. Also if you took any notice, you would see Grudgegod is actually in those vids with me Lol.
I'm also waiting for the update, we need new maps, music and mechs.. I really hope it is a big one because, again, if it is I will do a video on it and convert some of my new subscribers to MBA. I showed a friend this game and all he could comment on was repeating the music, it's gotta be rotated with other tracks, more upbeat stuff.

ReplyDelete@ mobuladev dev: I would gladly make a donation if you can quickly accomplish 1 of 2 things; 1) migrate the game to ouya everywhere or 2) add controller support to the amazon app store version. Migration from ouya to ouya everywhere takes little effort from my understanding. Either way would make this game supported on more platforms, and I would make a donation of 30$ via PayPal, or a 50$ orb purchase (which I don't have much use for atm)
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Swash, I have been asking for controller support for inapps for a while and Mobuladev is on board. Ouya everywhere isn't something I have heard of yet, but I agree more platforms = more users. This game has potential to be like Walking War Robots in scope. You should check out the videos I did of it.. There are more than 100k players.

I think you could be better at this game if you try hard. Don't beat yourself up too much for being mediocre. A lot of guys I know aren't good at video games.
